To change plans or cancel your Premium or Premium Plus+ membership please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account:

2. Select "Account" on the menu located on the left of the page.

3. Scroll down to the "Current Plan" section and select "Update / Pause Plan"

4. You will be taken to a page where you can choose between a few options, such as pausing or downgrading your membership.

5. To cancel your account, click the "Downgrade Account" option. A pop up will then ask you if you want to continue. Click yes and the account will cancel. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email confirming it is complete. When you cancel you will receive your member benefits for the duration of your annual plan but your membership will not renew.
