1. Log into your account:

2. Select "Account Settings" on the menu located on the top right of the page.

3. Scroll down to the "Current Plan" section and select "Update / Pause Plan"

4. You will be taken to a page where you can choose between a few options, such as pausing or downgrading your membership.

5. To cancel your account, click the "Update Plan" option. You will then be taken to the following page that will show you a few options of downgrading.

6. To cancel your account fully you will want to select the Basic plan which will revert your account to a non paid membership.
